Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Nit Nurses™ Head Lice Specialist Training & Certification, we are committed to providing high-quality education, professional tools, and live instruction to support your success. Because of the nature of our program, all sales are final.

Due to the immediate preparation, customization, and shipment of training materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once your enrollment is complete

Your training materials and kit are prepared specifically for you & are shipped promptly to ensure delivery prior to your scheduled training

​

Your spot in a limited-capacity live training session is reserved

​

For these reasons, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted under any circumstances.

Enrollment Deadline

​

All enrollments must be completed at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled live training date.

This allows adequate time for:

Kit preparation

Shipping and delivery

Scheduling and course planning

Any enrollment made after this window may be deferred to the next available training session.

Rescheduling Policy

​

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training session:

You may reschedule to a future session at no additional cost, we are happy to work with you on the dates

Training sessions are typically held every 4–6 weeks

Your rescheduled session must be selected within a reasonable timeframe

Rescheduling is permitted only for future sessions and does not qualify for a refund.

No Refunds — Under Any Circumstances

Course tuition

Training materials

Digital content

Live or recorded instruction

This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance

This policy is in accordance with Tennessee consumer law, which allows businesses to enforce clearly disclosed no-refund policies for custom goods, educational services, and shipped materials.
